What counts as an appointment?
Every booking confirmed through Uponco counts as one appointment, whether it was made on your public booking page or added by your team. Cancelled bookings are not counted against your free 100.
What happens after my free 100 appointments?
Nothing breaks. Uponco keeps working, and while we are in beta it stays free. When paid plans launch, you will be asked to choose a plan before anything is charged.
Who counts as a user?
A user is a team member with an Uponco account who takes bookings or manages the calendar. Your customers never need an account and are never charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel, export your data and close your account at any time.
